Air Washer System
Air Washer internal equipments are designed to achieve optimum air washer efficiency. The layout of the system shall be prepared such that total cross-section area of the air washer is utilized to avail maximum possible saturation and cooling effectiveness. The set of equipments shall consist two spray bank arrangement complete with G. I. main header pipes, virgin PVC rigid (schedule 40) vertical stand pipes each fitted with specially designed non-clogging type PVC water spray nozzles having stainless steel orifice dome and are fitting by using S.S. clamps(clamp on type arrangement),complete with water spray pump, stationary water filters, set of virgin PVC vertical Eliminators, set of virgin PVC horizontal baffles both sets having hot dip galvanized fixtures, water control valves, pot strainer, pressure gauge, set of drain & overflow assembly.
Pressurization unit and Package type plant.
Package type plants are available in range from 10000 m3/hr. to 50000 m3/hr. air capacity and with the height air cooling efficiency, Also available with cellulose pads, fitted air cooling units for power saving.
Spray Nozzles
Non-clogging type Poly-carbonate nozzles having stainless steel orifice dome and fitted by using S.S. clamps. (clamp on type arrangement)
Tube Axial flow fans
Tube axial flow air fans are suitable for directly coupled to the motor shaft. Fan Housing shall be fabricated from HRC sheet duly double coat enamel painted followed by zinc oxide primer paint. The Impeller shall be of cast virgin Aluminium having variable pitched angle type well designed aerofoil section blades; all blades precisely weighed and fitted on well machined virgin aluminum hub. Complete impeller assembly shall be precisely balanced (statically and dynamically).
